Universal is the ONLY fitness center in Lancaster County ranked as a Platinum LES MILLS club, because we offer all 10 Les Mills programs! (See Group Fitness Schedule above). ALL of these are included in your membership!  PLUS, the LES MILLS GRIT Series (see Team Training schedule above) is offered here for additional rates.

Using one of our designated kiosks by Studio 1, Studio E or our Cycling Studio, you can select from a multitude of different workouts, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYFLOW, SH'BAM, CXWORX and cycling. You can select a “class” on a first come, first serve basis.  If a Virtual Class is already in progress or booked for a time that you wish to take a class, you are free to jump into that workout.
