CARDIO

Aqua Deep (60 minutes)
Break a sweat in the water in this intense cardio work-out.  All moves executed with no impact.  Core and cardio exercises will build strength and improve your fitness level. Flotation belts are used for proper body alignment.
 
Water in Motion (60 minutes)
The newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skills and fitness levels. With land equivalent intensity and fantastic sing-along music, join us and “Catch the wave”!

 

Aqua Kickbox (50 minutes)
Step into the aquatics ring. Punch, kick and fight your way to better fitness using the water as resistance.  Suitable for all fitness levels. Aquatic gloves and sneakers are recommended.


STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
 
Hydro Flex (30 minutes)
Improve and maintain joint flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength in this low impact class.  Highly recommended for people with Arthritis, Osteoporosis and other joint related conditions. Arthritis Foundation guidelines incorporated.
 
Aqua Walking (45 minutes)
This shallow water class allows individuals to use the resistance of the water to get a workout while stretching and strengthening muscles in the core, lower backs & legs.  Ideal class for those suffering from joint or lower back pain, recovering from injury or looking to add an aspect of cross-training to their workouts.
 



CONDITIONING

Silver Sneakers ® Silver Splash ® (45 minutes)
Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety!  Sliver Slash ® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special Silver Sneakers ® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.
