2) TRUE UNI-LATERAL TRAINING 
We emphasize uni-lateral training, (as opposed to most training centers that focus on bi-lateral training). All motion on the sports field or court is uni-lateral, so multi-directional training development is essential. 

3) ALL ASPECT OF ATHLETICISM 
Our training sessions offer a well-rounded program, focusing on explosive power, acceleration and deceleration speed, multi-plane agility (linear and lateral), total body strength, as well as injury prevention. We assess and address mobility and symmetrical strength patterns.
