YOUTH ATHLETIC CLUB
Included in your membership! For Boys and Girls Ages 7-12. Kids love YAC (Youth Athletic Club), where playground games happen Monday through Saturday in our Upper Kids' Court. Kids of all athletic ability levels play a variety of fun activities in this non-competitive, supervised environment. Kids can come as much as they would like, six days a week!
No pre-registration is necessary. Parents, please sign your child in at the Back Basketball Court. Or, you may sign your child in at the Kidz Klub and out staff will transport him/her to and from YAC.
JUNIOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Does your teen or pre-teen feel ready to exercise on our cardio and weight training equipment? Then Junior Certification is the perfect program! Universal's Junior Fitness Certification program teaches youth ages 12-15 proper weight training, fitness center etiquette, and safe use of cardio equipment. Students must complete one 3-hour training session and test successfully in specified fitness areas. A Junior Certified teen may use selected fitness equipment without direct parental supervision, and must wear his or her Junior Certification badge in the fitness center.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The THRIVE Sports Performance Program at Universal Athletic Club is designed to help youth improve speed, agility, and self-confidence for an athletic foundation. 60-minute sessions take place in a fun, age appropriate atmosphere by certified trainers and sports performance coaches.

SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS
Kids train with the pros! Week-long sessions run June-August for athletes of all ability levels. Field Hockey, Football, Basektball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Outdoor Volleyball and Speed, Agility & Plyometrics. CLOSED FOR SUMMER 2015. Check back in Spring 2016 for Summer 2016 details.
