Overview:

WeighWayLess is geared for people who want to make permanent changes to their diets.

It is for those who live on their own AND for  those with those who have families who want to eat healthy, store-bought groceries and meals TOGETHER

WeighWayLess lends a supportive environment to men and women during their weight loss program.  They are accountable to their coach and are given expectations that are highly encouraged.

After 3 months, participants will have developed habits for better eating and routine exercise.  If properly followed, you will likely lose up to 1 pants/dress size or even more.  You will have more energy and understand your hunger cues better.

The program can be modified for almost any medical condition.  We want everyone to be successful at weight loss no matter what the medical condition. 
The WeighWayLess food plan is already in alignment with the American Heart Association guidelines and the American Diabetes Association.
 
The foods you are encouraged to eat are foods from every food group.  Lean meats, fish, poultry, dairy and soy are encouraged.  Getting whole fruits and vegetables daily is a must.  The program provides useful recipes using real food so the whole family can eat better.

  • Healthy Eating/Customized Food Plan to help you lose weight and keep it off FOR GOOD
  • Initial 30-minute consult with Registered Dietitian
  • Two - 15 minute “check-ins” per week to review food journal
