Universal Athletic Club is seeking a full-time aquatics professional to join our aquatics team. This candidate will be responsible for life guarding, and teaching aquatic fitness classes. The candidate must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and growth-minded. Hours will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:45am-12:00pm Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm and various evening hours.

Do you love the water and want to bring your passion for swimming to our community? Universal Athletic Club is seeking an Aquatics Director to join our super friendly team at our Lancaster, PA facility.
The Aquatics Director will be responsible for:
Managing all aspects of our indoor/outdoor pools.
Hiring, supervising and scheduling of the lifeguard and instructor staff
Working with UAC staff on other pool-related programs including after Kidz Nite Out, birthday parties and other special events.
General management of the pool facilities
Managing the budget for the Aquatics Department
The position requires an energetic, people-facing, self-starting conscientious professional with prior pool facility and personnel management skills. Ideal candidate will be people oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Minimum of 2 years preferred management or supervisory experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Required licenses or certifications: Lifeguard, CPR, AED, First Aid Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see and use a computer.
Must be able to lift 25lbs.

The Universal Athletic Club Personal Trainer (UACPT) is responsible for the safe and effective execution of individual and small-group fitness training sessions, in accordance with MBSC Thrive fitness training program. The UACPT must also execute the techniques, standards, and expectations of Universal Athletic Club. With the appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance training, the UACPT is responsible for helping individuals reach their desired health and fitness goals. The ability to create & implement virtual work-outs for clients and utilize online tools for accountability and compliance is a BIG PLUS!
We are seeking both full-time and part-time positions.
Full-time position requires a minimum of 25 scheduled training hours per workweek and at least 5 office hours per week depending on the volume of clients trained.
Part-time position requires a minimum of 10 scheduled training hours per workweek.
We are specifically seeking coaches for evening hours. These hours may range from 4:00pm to 9:00pm depending on the shift, class schedule, or client appointments.
Conduct private and/or semi-private training sessions.
Conduct small group/ class training sessions.
Conduct team and camp workouts as assigned.
Communicate with general membership, clients, parents of athletes to report progress, build rapport and get referrals.
Assist in Personal Training, MBSC THRIVE growth initiatives
Attend all staff development meetings and workshops.

Ability to adhere to programming and the programming philosophy from training
