With the Universal Athletic Club app on your mobile device, you can easily check in the club and access club resources. This includes class schedules, the UAC website, and UAC Livestream & On-Demand workouts. You can also schedule BLU Spa & Salon  services, trainer-designed workouts, and more. In addition, the app provides powerful new tools to support and improve your club experience.

New members

Upon joining the club, you will receive an email inviting you to download the Universal Athletic Club mobile app, including instructions on how to set up your scan card on your device. Please check your SPAM or Junk box if you don’t see this email in your Inbox.

Existing members

Great news! We switched over to a new and improved app starting this Fall 2021!  Here is how to get set up on the new app:

  1. Contact Member Services by calling 717-569-5396 or email us at We will need your full name and the email address that you would like to have as the username for the app.
  2. You will receive an email from us with directions on activating your account, downloading the app in the app store, and accessing the UAC app portal from a web browser.
    • Follow the instructions in the email by selecting the activation link to set up your account.
    • Download the app with the provided link in the email, or use the QR code below. You will be able to use your email and create a password to receive access.

  1. Setting up your membership scan card in your app.
    NOTE: You must have your accurate scan card number to create the membership scan
    card access. Your scan card number can be found on your physical scan card. If you can't find it or cannot verify this number please email

    • Once you download the app, select the "Check In" tile.
    • Type in your scan card number where indicated. There's an optional
      place to enter your name.
    • Select "Create". You should see a barcode appear. You're all set!
    • When you check in to the club, simply open the app, select "Check in",
      and hold the barcode to the scanner to check in...easy!
