Universal Athletic Club is seeking friendly, motivated team members to join our Recovery Center, a unique wellness space focused on helping members recover better, move better, and feel their best. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a positive team environment.

Recovery Center Attendants help create a welcoming and well-run experience for every member and guest. Attendants assist with booking appointments, getting members started with their sessions, answering questions, and keeping the Recovery Center clean and organized. Training is provided on all services and equipment.

We are seeking part-time team members for daytime, evening, weekend, or combination shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and provide a friendly, helpful experience
• Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system
• Assist members with getting started on their scheduled services (training provided)
• Answer phone calls and respond to in-person questions about services and pricing
• Help coordinate appointments and member visits throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Assist with Recovery Center memberships and service packages when appropriate
• Support a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalency REQUIRED
• Strong customer service and communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable using computers, booking software, and mobile devices REQUIRED
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Interest in health, wellness, recovery, or fitness
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness environments
• Sales experience or comfort recommending services and packages
• Education or training related to wellness or fitness is a plus but not required
