Universal Athletic Club is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we look forward to seeing you as soon as Lancaster County fitness centers are given the "green light" to open!

We miss our club members more than ever! We do not have a definite date from government authorities as to when fitness centers will be able to open in this area. However, when we do, our top priority will continue to be club cleanliness and sanitization.

It's been so great to keep in touch with so many of you through all of the virtual workout options that our amazing trainers and instructors have been offering. We appreciate the many words of kindness we have received via email, social media, etc. We're so proud to call you our "UAC Family" in good times and in bad!

How are memberships being handled at this time?
We have suspended all billing, including freeze fees, until further notice. The only exception is for the active Personal Training clients who are doing virtual workouts on their own with their UAC trainers.

How will I receive credit for charges I received after the club closed due to the Covid-19 crisis?
100% of dues that you paid for membership or additional services (such as training, Hydromassage, BEMER, etc) that were unable to be fulfilled due to the club being closed will be fully credited.

We will have the exact details on exactly how that will work as soon as we get closer to an opening date. Rest assured that any dues collected for membership will have the option to be credited back toward membership dues. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we work toward having the club open again. If you have any questions about your account, unfortunately the governor has prohibited us from being able to come into the club to answer the phone personally, so please contact us via [email protected].

Barbell training with Sheldon

Do you have a Les Mills BODYPUMP bar or dumbells at home?  This is the workout for you!  This is a 45 minute total body workout that utilizes a light to moderate/heavy barbell.  All exercises can be swapped out if you have light and moderate/heavy dumbells at home.  This workout will combine mobility, resistance training, and cardiovascular conditioning using a barbell and it’s plates.  All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be shown throughout.

Equipment and Space: About 8 feet of space around you.  1 Les Mills BODYPUMP bar (or equivalent) with a pair of 10, 5, and 2.5 pound plates (or more).  Option to use dumbbells – ideally moderate weight.  Women between 10-25lbs, Men between 15-35lbs.

Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning with Sheldon

This is a 45 minute total body workout that combines mobility, resistance training, and cardiovascular intervals. You just need a towel!  This workout is all about improving shape and getting a great sweat.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Equipment and Space: About 8 feet of space around you.  1 to 2 towels.  1 for floor work and 1 for conditioning.

Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning with Michael

This is a 45 minute total body workout that combines mobility and resistance training.  No equipment needed!  This workout is all about improving shape and getting a great sweat.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Equipment and Space: About 8 feet of space around you.  A mat or towel for floor exercises

Bodyweight Total Body Conditioning with Kelly

This is a 45 minute total body workout that combines mobility and resistance training.  No equipment needed!  This workout is all about improving shape and getting a great sweat.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Bodyweight Training with Shawn

Wake and get your workout on! This is a 45 minute full body workout with a focus on bodyweight training with attitude.

Equipment and Space: 8 feet of space around you and a mat/towel (option) for work on the floor

Cardio, Core, and Bodyweight Strength with Shawn

In this 45 minute you will experience an awesome fusion of bodyweight only resistance training with core and cardio intervals. This blend of training will improve your strength, stability, and endurance. Prepare to get a great sweat!

Equipment and Space: 8 feet of space and an optional towel/mat for work on the floor

Flowing Practice with Elisse

This is a 45 minute fusion of yoga, core, stability, and mobility.  In this session you will move continuously through yoga poses, core strengthening exercises, and flexibility exercises that will maximize your results.  The only equipment needed is a mat or towel.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Equipment and Space:  8 feet of space.  A mat is preferable but optional

Power Yoga with Beth

45 minutes of power vinyasa yoga for all fitness levels. Get energized, build strength & balance, relieve stress and make a mind/body connection.

Power Yoga with Julie

45 minutes of power vinyasa yoga.  Wake up your body and ignite some power into it!  Build strength, balance, and focus.  Shift your mind and body out of the drift.  This workout is for all levels.

Equipment and Space: 8 feet of space.  A mat is preferable but optional

Power Yoga weighted with Kelly

45 minutes of power vinyasa yoga.  Wake up your body and ignite some power into it!  Build strength, balance, and focus. In this class you can use any weighted household item to enhance the experience.  This workout is for all levels.

Equipment and Space: 8 feet of space.  A mat is preferable but optional.  A weighted household item you can hold in one hand (water bottle, soup can, or dumbbell)

Strength Training with Shawn

In this 45 minute workout you will use resistance training equipment to get a great full body workout. This workout is packed with variety and a great start to your day to get your muscles buzzing!

Equipment and Space: 8 feet of space around you and any pair of household items you can hold between 5-25 pounds (safely). This could be gallon jugs, soup cans, paint cans, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.

Zumba® with Hillary

45 minute dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exhilarating, and effective fitness system. This class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobics/fitness approach. Known as a ZUMBA® Fitness Party, this class is for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Equipment and Space:  8 feet of space.

Zumba® with Kelly

A 45 minute, latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exhilarating, and effective fitness system.  This class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobics/fitness approach. This class known as a ZUMBA® Fitness Party is for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Equipment and Space:  8 feet of space.

Zumba Toning with Emma

Zumba Toning is a Latin-inspired dance workout with a twist. Light weights are incorporated in several songs throughout the tracks to help build lean muscle in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Weights are always optional. This class is a dynamic and effective approach to fitness for all ages that will leave you sweaty, energized, and accomplished.

Equipment and Space: 8 feet of space. Anything that can be easily held in the hand as a weight under 3lbs each (e.g. hand weights, soup cans, water bottles).

UAC Bootcamp LIVE

This is a 45 minute total body workout experience that will take your fitness to the next level!  Using just your bodyweight you will experience a full body workout using a variety of challenge sets that will keep you sweating.This workout will combine the best in bodyweight strength, endurance, agility, and power.  Modifications are built in for all fitness levels to enjoy.

Equipment and Space:  8 feet of space.  A mat or towel for floor exercises
