Experience the variety, motivation and energy of group classes at UAC! We offer classes for every fitness level, and our instructors are happy to show you modifications to suit your ability levels. Classes are subject to change on a monthly basis, so be sure to check back for updates.

Join us in Studio 5 for Heated Power Yoga as well as BODYFLOW, Pilates and “regular temperature” Yoga. Enjoy the many benefits of our Mind/Body Classes in addition to our strength, cardio, cycling, aquatics and Martial Arts classes… all included in your membership!

NEW Mobile App

You can now view all class schedules and synch them to your personal calendar, upload your membership scan card right into your smart phone, view club announcements and more.  This past September, you should have received download instructions via email.  If you don’t have an email address on file at UAC, please see Member Services to provide this ASAP.
