Individual Training

Team Training

  • Up to 15 per group
  • Group training with individual modifications set in a larger group setting. Teaches new skills and movements. Improves lean muscle mass through cardiovascular & strength endurance training.
  • As low as $18 per 60 min. session/3x a week
