LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity in which you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You’ll smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.
HOW DOES SPRINT DIFFER FROM RPM?
RPM provides a steady, moderate-to-high intensity workout over a longer period of time. SPRINT is an intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
JUST GETTING STARTED?
You don’t need to be a cyclist, but you will need some level of fitness for a SPRINT workout. You can dial it back in your first few sessions, and just get a feel for what it’s all about. We recommend two HIIT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan.
