Our goal is to help you move like you were designed to move, all so you can train safely, intensely and effectively – for the best results of your life. Rather than having your workout being based around machines in which you sit, each Thrive session utilizes both traditional and state-of-the art training equipment. So you’ll use kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and agility ladders, but also Keiser Functional Trainers, Drive Sleds, Victory Racks, TRX Suspension Trainers, Assault AirBikes, and more. But the focus isn’t on the equipment. It’s on your body: how you move and how you feel. And how you can get better every single workout. That’s what Thrive is all about!

Prime + Prep Get your body ready for an effective workout. Increases your range of movement, improves blood flow, reduces the risk of injury, and limits discomfort for a quicker recovery from your workout.
Power Develops everyday movements like reaching, walking, carrying, lifting and bending so moving becomes much easier.
You use your core every time you move. When the core is strong, the rest of your body follows suit. This part of the workout firms muscles around joints for less wear and tear, greater flexibility and increased mobility.
Burn Conditions your body and blasts an insane number of calories in record time. The best part? The “after-Burn.” Your body will continue burning fat long after you finish your Thrive workout.

Why is Thrive Good for Me
“When my husband and I joined Universal, we both decided to try 8 weeks of Thrive Training to get started on the right path with exercise. What I liked best about the Thrive program was that my Thrive Coach, Graham, guided me through everything, so I didn’t need to think of what workout to do. I continued to train in Thrive two days a week.
I did a 3D Body Scan in UAC’s Nutrition & Wellness Center a couple of times, and this showed that I lost 21 inches overall in 12 months!
I then set a goal of completing my first Spartan Sprint. I was able to finish the Greek Peak Spartan Sprint in New York, and I then I went on to complete the Palmerton Spartan Sprint in July.
