“I love working out at Universal regularly, usually 3 times per week. As a middle school and high school music teacher as well as the father of a very active five year old, being able to maintain my physical and mental well-being is critical to being a successful parent and educator.
I like to keep my workouts varied, both in what I do and the intensity level. I enjoy running on the track, using the free weights and machines, taking Yoga and BODYFLOW classes, riding stationary bikes on the Main Floor, as well as occasionally swimming in the pool.
My workouts help keep me energized, allow me to clear my mind and refocus on the most important things, and provide a bit of “me time” which can be difficult to find at hectic times of the year.
