LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION COURSE

The American Red Cross Life Guard Certificaiton Course held at the Universal Athletic Club is designed to prepare participants with the skills to serve as qualified lifeguards in swimming pool environment. This course emphasizes prevention, victim recognition, equipment rescues, first aid and CPR. Participant must be 15 years old by the end of the last course date.
