BODY BARRE FREE DEMOS

Body Barre will burn fat, improve posture, increase flexibility and quickly create visibly strong & sculpted muscles. Each 60-minute session includes a dynamic warm up, sustained core challenges and standing work to tone the legs and glutes. The workout ends with a well deserved stretch.
