Parisi Speed School Programs
Level 1 (Ages 7-11)
Focus: Building the Athletic Foundation
Parisi’s Level 1 Jumpstart program introduces young athletes to speed development, strength training, and proper sprint mechanics in a fun, supportive environment. Athletes improve coordination, bodyweight strength, first-step quickness, and running technique while building confidence and the essential foundation needed to advance to higher levels of performance.
Level 2 (Ages 12-18) Performance Grade 1-5
Focus: Developing Core Athletic Skills
Building on Level 1, this program continues to advance linear speed, multi-directional agility, deceleration, and strength. Classes break down into speed and strength, as they introduce true resistance training and proper compound movements at a tested, age-appropriate level. Athletes now enter a highly designed strength and conditioning program. Benefits include improved athletic performance, better coordination, and continued injury prevention.
Level 3 (12-18) Performance Grade 6-8
Focus: Advanced Performance Training
For higher-performing athletes, Level 3 increases intensity with explosive power development, elite sprint mechanics, advanced agility, and sport-specific strength. Training improves speed, power output, movement efficiency, and competitive edge while strengthening injury resilience. This level masters skills and optimizes performance, preparing athletes for college-level training systems.
Level 4 (All Ages) Peak Performance Invite Only
Elite Athletic Development
Our highest level for top athletes. Peak delivers personalized, high-intensity training focused on maximum speed, power, advanced mechanics, and competition-specific preparation. Athletes gain elite-level athleticism, mental toughness, and a significant competitive advantage.
Parisi Speed School FAQ
Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals and monitor progress. The Parisi Performance Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program for four main reasons:
- Assesses the current level of an athlete’s ability
- Allows proper placement in our variety of programming
- Provides individualized coaching and focus
- Records and monitors progress toward success
The Parisi Performance Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters the Parisi program. During the evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. After the evaluation, every athlete and parent meets individually with the Evaluator to review the results and select the appropriate program that fits the athlete’s needs.
The best programming for your youth/athlete depends on the his/her goals, and yours. The only way to determine the best fit is to contact Universal Athletic Club. During that time, the Parisi staff will discuss the results of the evaluation, along with goals and recommend the most appropriate program for your youth/athlete.
The amount of training per week depends on the specific Parisi program. Some programs are unlimited, while others are specific to a number of days per week. The optimal amount of training per week again depends on the program, but in general 2 – 3 days per week is average.
Our Jump Start program does not include weight lifting, but use body weight techniques to increase strength in a safe and effective way. Athletes in our Total Performance and Elite programs will incorporate carefully scripted and monitored weight lifting into their programs. All of our strength scripts for these programs have been written and approved by experts in the field of youth sports performance. You can rest assured that your athlete will be well taken care of in our programs!
Parisi founder, Bill Parisi, has been training young athletes for 25+ years. His methodologies and programming where built for youth, NOT an adult program that is “customized” for youth. Additionally, Parisi coaches are certified to train youth, which is a different set of skills than training adults. Parisi has been in the business of training youth since its inception.
