Pain Relief Personal Training Coach (PTA or Certified Trainer)

Part-Time

Pain Relief Personal Training Coaches are responsible for the safe and effective delivery of individualized and small group exercise programs designed to help clients reduce pain, improve movement, build strength, and improve their quality of life. Coaches utilize Universal Athletic Club’s proprietary Pain Relief Training System to assess movement, provide corrective exercise, and deliver exceptional coaching in a supportive, results-driven environment.  We are seeking both full-time and part-time positions.

Full-time position requires a minimum of 25 scheduled coaching hours per workweek and at least 5 office hours per week depending on client volume.  Part-time position requires a minimum of 10 scheduled coaching hours per workweek.  We are seeking coaches with availability for daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Hours may vary based on client appointments, small group sessions, and class schedules.

Qualified applicants include licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), certified personal trainers, exercise science or kinesiology graduates, and other movement professionals with a passion for helping people overcome pain and move better. Comprehensive training in our proprietary Pain Relief Training System is provided.  Current CPR certification required.  High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
