Les Mills BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Everyone will be motivated, from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

Explosively popular in clubs around the world, this class combines kicks, jabs and strikes from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing and Tae Kwon Do into an hour long energetic routine. Try the ultimate martial arts workout…BODYCOMBAT™!

Les Mills BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW™ is the revolution in mind-body training that is changing the way people feel about their bodies. This class is a dynamic exercise-to-music program that leaves members feeling relaxed and renewed. BODYFLOW™ combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods like Pilates. Come FLOW with us!

Les Mills BODYJAM

BODYJAM is an awesome workout set to the latest music with the greatest dance moves. It’s cardio fun at it’s best for those with a passion for movement. You will burn calories, increase your fitness level, and most of all have FUN!

Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a revolutionary weight training workout in a group fitness setting, that uses barbells with adjustable weights. Set to motivating music, BODYPUMP™ is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle in the body. Ideal for the beginner through the experienced exerciser.

Les Mills BODYSTEP

BODYSTEP™ uses a step which can be adjusted to any height to meet the needs of the participant. This class features cardiovascular intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape the entire lower body. Motivating music to keep you Steppin’.

Les Mills CXWORX

A Les Mills personal training style group fitness class that provides core strength by targeting all muscle groups from your core. The resistance tubing will be used during this class, which research shows will give the optimum training for class members to achieve results.

Les Mills GRIT ATHLETIC

GRIT Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness. Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get, fast.

Les Mills GRIT CARDIO

GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Les Mills GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get, fast.

Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH

GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Les Mills GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the oor with you, motivating you to go harder to get, fast.

Les Mills RPM

RPM™ is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 500 calories in a single class. RPM™ is about high energy, having fun, and reducing body fat. RPM™ provides fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength. Try this ‘rock concert on wheels’…you will love it!

Les Mills Sprint

SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity in which you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You’ll smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.

Les Mills Tone

Step into a TONE™ class and you’ll kick off a complete strength, cardio and core workout in 45 minutes. TONE™ is an all-in-one functional fitness mix designed to break down barriers and give you the freedom to work out your way. With options for every fitness level, it’s an inclusive workout that’s guaranteed to make you feel welcome, successful and supported. TONE™ is available in all time slots previously held by BODYVIVE.

Zumba Fitness

A latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exhilarating, and effective fitness system. This class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobics/fitness approach. This class known as a ZUMBA® Fitness Party is for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga

Improve your flexibility, balance and strength while connecting movement to breath during various types of yoga exercises. You’ll enjoy both physical and mental benefits.

Heated Power Yoga

Currently unavailable due to CDC guidelines

Powerful, energetic form of yoga held in studio heated to 90 degrees. You’ll be led to move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. This type of yoga strengthens your body, increases flexibility and promotes stamina while improving posture and balance. You will physically sweat, release toxins and re-energize your body.

Mat Pilates

Currently unavailable due to CDC guidelines as of 10/2020

This original “core workout” will change your whole body and help you gain flexibility & strength. A certified instructor will guide you through floor and standing exercise. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels.

Yoga

SilverSneakers® Yoga

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Mat Pilates

Aqua Boot Camp

45 minutes. This highly challenging class will offer strength and endurance training to give you an excellent cardio and strength workout. Intensity of workout can be increased by adding water resistance tools.

Aqua Deep (Cardio)

45 minutes. Break a sweat in the water in this intense cardio workout. All moves executed with no impact. Core and cardio exercises will build strength and improve your fitness level. Flotation belts are used for proper body alignment.

Aqua Fit

45 minutes. Mix it up with a variety of moves that work out the entire body. Easily adaptable for all skill levels and ages. We will stretch, strengthen, and get our bodies moving in this fun, energetic class.

Aqua Jam

45 minutes. This fun whole body work out, taught in our main pool, is perfect for all skill levels. Work out to music and improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Aqua Kickboxing

45 minutes. Aqua Kickboxing at UAC brings the fun and energy of kickboxing to the water! This class offers an upbeat cardio workout blended with resistance training.

Aqua Stride & Strength

45 minutes. Maximize your strength while toning, lengthening, and defining muscles. Using the natural resistance of the water as well as aquatic weights and exercise equipment, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively intensify your aquatic workouts. While all muscle areas are used, focus is on the legs, lower back and core in these medium impact workouts.

Aqua Tai-Chi

Enjoy a relaxing experience with our Aqua Tai Chi class in our 92 degree therapy pool. Perfect for stress relief creating improved range of motion and mobility. This Low impact class will feature deep breathing and stretching.

Hydro Flex

30 minutes (Hydro Flex MAX 45 minutes). Improve and maintain joint flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength in this low impact class. Highly recommended for people with Arthritis, Osteoporosis and other joint related conditions. Arthritis Foundation guidelines incorporated.

Sha’Deep

Sha’Deep is a mix between shallow and Deep. We combine both classes for a fun, whole body workout!

SilverSneakers® Splash

45 minutes. Open to everyone! Tons of fun in the 4-foot Main Pool to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special kick board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Water in Motion (Cardio)

60 minutes. Low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body.

Young Tigers

These classes are structured to help students ages 4 and 5 increase their focus, strength, self-control and self-esteem through fun and age-appropriate martial arts activities. These classes introduce basic martial arts concepts, techniques,and etiquette to prepare students to enter the main evening program.

Belt Ranked Classes

Yellow, High-Yellow, Green, High-Green, Blue, High-Blue, Red, High-Red and Black Belts. These classes are for students ages 6 and up who have earned the belt rank listed for each class. Students will continue their study of martial arts at each level as they increase concentration, self-discipline, flexibility and balance through the study of their curriculum. Students will be exposed to new and challenging kicks, forms and techniques in preparation for their Black Belt test.

Black Belts Only

These classes are reserved specifically for black belt students ranked 1st Danand above. These classes focus on helping the student hone the skills they learned as they worked towards 1st Dan black belt. Specifically, students will focus on learning appropriate level black belt poomsae forms, advanced level kicking, and advanced offense and defensive sparring techniques.

SilverSneakers® Cardio

Get Up & Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.

SilverSneakers® Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work and hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support.

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers® EnerChi

Combines easy to learn Tai Chi forms and Qigong exercises to improve well-being through mindful movement. While learning and practicing forms, attention is given to transferring weight smoothly, maintaining postural control and focused breathing techniques. Benefits include increased muscular endurance, improved balance recovery and a calm mind. Chair support is offered to facilitate standing stability and seated exercise options.

SilverSneakers® Splash

45 minutes. Open to everyone! Tons of fun in the 4-foot Main Pool to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special kick board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

SilverSneakers® Stability

30 minutes. Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints, all in a fun and social setting. This class is designed specifically to help prevent falls.

SilverSneakers® Yoga

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
