Hilary and her husband joined UAC in October 2020 and they both enjoy a variety of workouts around the club. Hilary especially loves Group Fitness Classes while her husband also uses the pool and weightlifting equipment.

Prior to joining UAC, I felt frustrated being inside for months with no way of reaching my fitness goals, and UAC was such a positive outlet. Investing in your health (mentally and physically) is so important for your present and future self. Jump in and give it a try, because there's nothing to lose!

My main health goal was to become stronger and leaner. Not necessarily seeing pounds lost on the scale, but to mentally feel confident in what I'm capable of achieving at the gym. Being cooped up at home and not being in my usual routine really had its mental effects over the months of shutdown.

Universal offers a wide variety of services… nutrition, pool, personal and group classes, and the spa! I love how UAC includes so many different classes with my membership. I thought the membership rate was affordable as well, especially considering how many services are offered. Universal has a well-rounded approach to helping their clients.

After meeting with my Fitness Concierge, Troy, I felt like a valued customer. He provided me with guidance based on my 3D body scans and interests to create a more personalized fitness plan. He introduced me to several different classes I might enjoy, and I was able to trial a couple Total Body Shaping classes. It was the jump start I needed to get back into the workout groove.

Sometimes we are our own worst critics, and I thank Troy for his encouragement while revamping my fitness routine.

I have been participating in UAC’s group fitness classes. BODYFLOW and BODYPUMP have been two of my favorites.  The instructors have amazing energy and make a point of getting to know you either before or after class. They also provide different modifications to meet your needs. The teachers also keep the workout routines lively and evolving. Sam leads an awesome FLOW class and I always feel refreshed afterwards.

UAC has given me the confidence to try new things and work outside of my comfort zone. The instructors and Fitness Concierge are friendly faces to greet you when you walk in and they also push you to try your best. Additionally, UAC has been a great outlet to see my friends AND get in a workout. Feeling connected with your community is so important right now.

The club has hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies all throughout the facility. I've also seen cleaning staff wiping high traffic areas. Everyone, staff and clients, are very good about wearing their masks, and there are signs reminding people to put one on. Additionally, there are well marked signs for walking traffic flow.
