We Offer a Variety of Yoga Classes for All Levels

Check out the variety of different yoga classes UAC has to offer. Interested in improving your flexibility, balance, and core strength? Sign up for our Let Go of Stress And Anxiety class, which run between 30 and 60 minutes long. If you want a class to slow down in stretch in, we offer Yin yoga for deep stretching to lengthen your body’s muscles, joints, and connective tissues (use of props and blankets to assist).

We offer Heated Power Yoga and BODYBALANCE classes for members looking for more dynamic and fitness-building yoga experience. We also offer SilverSneakers® Yoga classes tailored for older adults—this class is designed specifically to help you move and stretch your entire body to increase range of movement, balance, and flexibility. Chair support is offered for participants for both seated and standing poses.
